Description of Project

We met with the occupant of the house following a landslip and got involved with the National Trust to come up with a solution. We developed a pre-design phase which involved site investigation works and a design to stabilise the slope.

The project involved vegetation and landslip clearance, slope preparation and the installation of rock fall netting. The installation of mechanical anchors with the use of a long reach excavator. The installation of soil nails with a drilling rig mounted on an A frame and the stressing of anchors.
