Bridge Work

Over the last 30 years or more, Colin Jones (Rock Engineering) Ltd have been actively involved in the ‘Bridge and Retaining Wall Strengthening Programme’ with the Welsh Councils. We have been successful winning numerous contracts for the refurbishment, strengthening, deck replacement and complete bridge replacement works in both counties.

We have secured numerous awards including The Institute of Civil Engineering’s Historic Bridge Award for the A5 Nant Ffrancon contract in Gwynedd.

For us, this will mainly consist of any of the following:

• Complete bridge rebuilding
• Temporary bridge or deck repairs
• Bridge and culvert repair or replacement
• Repair work, including strengthening
• Bridge inspections
