DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Following a landslide in the corner of the site which caused stability issues to land, electrical services, gas mains and duct work; we were asked to do some slope stabilisation work to what was already there. The work included:

• rock netting & soil nails to the majority of the slope,
• diminishing pre-cast retailing walls to the side,
• drainage & general cart away.

Working with the Utility companies, we worked around the gas main and relocate the existing power cables.
To carry out the work, we used out our 26tonne Merlo and a 21tonne Excavator.
