Description of Project

Initially, the work was to construct a gabion wall, but following initial works and site visit we also carried out the following:

• Stabilisation of rockface, with a combination of anchors, dowels and rock mesh
• Constructing suitable protective measures to protect site users (ie. suitable catch fence, walls or interception ditches).
• A non-intrusive solution was required due to the sensitive, environmental setting (SAC and SSSI) and a historical/listed wall being nearby.
